How to save and reuse agents you rely on.

Overview

Favoriting and managing agents helps you quickly access the AI tools you rely on most. By pinning agents to your favorites list and managing your own creations, you streamline your workflow and avoid repeatedly searching the marketplace.

Why use it

  • Saves time by keeping frequently used agents in one place.

  • Helps maintain oversight of your own created agents.

  • Encourages consistency by reusing trusted agents across courses or departments.

Requirements & Permissions

  • Must be able to browse the Agent Marketplace.

  • To create and manage agents, you need the appropriate role (e.g., Admin or Agent Creator).

  • Favoriting agents doesn’t require special integrations.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  1. Access the Agent Marketplace via Explore Agents (see previous page).

  2. Browse for an agent you wish to reuse.

  3. Add to Favorites:

    1. On each agent card, there is a pin/star icon (often near the top right).

    2. Click the icon to “pin” the agent. Once pinned, it will appear in your Favorites view.

  4. View your favorites:

    1. At the top of the marketplace page, select the Favorites tab to see all agents you’ve pinned.

    2. Agents are listed similarly to the overview view, but only your favorites appear here.

  5. Remove from favorites: click the same pin/star icon again on the agent card; it will unpin and disappear from the Favorites list.

  6. Manage your own agents:

    1. If you create agents, select the My Agents tab next to Favorites.

    2. Use the three‑dot More actions menu on each agent card to edit, duplicate or delete your agents (options depend on your role).

    3. For each agent you manage, you can still favorite it to keep it in your Favorites view for quick access.

Best Practices / Notes

  • Pin only the agents you frequently use to keep your Favorites list concise and easy to scan.

  • Periodically review your favorites and remove agents you no longer need; this keeps your workspace organized.

  • When managing your own agents, keep clear naming conventions so that colleagues know what each agent does.

Troubleshooting

  • If the pin icon doesn’t appear, ensure you’re logged in and have permission to favorite agents.

  • If a favorite agent is missing, verify that it hasn’t been removed or that your institution’s environment still has access to it.

  • For any permission-related issues (e.g., cannot edit an agent), contact your CampusMind admin.
