Overview

CampusMind’s Agent Marketplace is the central hub where you can explore, search and discover pre‑built AI agents for higher education. It lets institutions browse agents by category, read descriptions, and find tools that meet specific teaching or administrative needs.

Who it’s for

  • Admins and Instructional Designers who evaluate or enable new AI agents for their institution.

  • Faculty and Staff who want to find agents to assist with advising, course prep, or student support.

Why use it

  • Quickly find and evaluate agents without building them yourself.

  • Understand what each agent does before adding it to a course or workflow.

  • Lay the groundwork for innovation by discovering new use cases for AI in higher education.

Requirements & Permissions

  • You must have a CampusMind account with access to the Explore Agents section.

  • Your institution’s environment needs to have the Agent Marketplace feature enabled.

  • No special integrations (LMS, SSO) are required just to browse.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  1. Sign in to CampusMind using your institution’s login.

  2. Open the navigation menu on the left and select Explore Agents. This takes you directly to the Agent Marketplace screenshot.

  3. Browse or filter agents:

    1. Use the Overview tab (default view) to see agents grouped by categories such as Career Services and Human Resources.

    2. Use the Search bar to enter keywords if you know what type of agent you’re looking for.

    3. Scroll through the list to read short descriptions and creators’ names.

  4. Click an agent card to see more details, such as what problems it solves and how it integrates into workflows.

  5. Optional: if you have the proper permissions, you can select Create New Agent to build your own agent from scratch.

Best Practices / Notes

  • Use categories to narrow your search; categories reflect typical higher‑ed functions.

  • Read the agent descriptions thoroughly so you understand capabilities before enabling them.

  • If your environment has many agents, rely on the search bar to find them quickly.

Troubleshooting

  • If you don’t see the Explore Agents option, contact your CampusMind admin to verify you have marketplace permissions.

  • If agents aren’t loading, ensure your network connection is stable and try refreshing the page.
