Canvas : Don't upload non-referenced Content

Instructors often have old files in Canvas in the course that aren’t used or referenced, in some cases we found left over exams and exam answer training from previous years. Now admins have access to import all files in the course, vs. only the ones referenced in the syllabus or modules.
